Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AgentFi Realm, an experimental on-chain game and its related interfaces (collectively, the "Service"). By connecting a wallet, interacting with any smart contract deployed by the project, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

AgentFi Realm is a research-grade, non-custodial on-chain game deployed on Robinhood Chain. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts are immutable and cannot be paused. The operators do not custody your assets, do not have administrative keys to drain, mint, or freeze $SHARD, and cannot reverse transactions.

2. No financial advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. $SHARD is an in-game token used for coordination and rewards. It is not a security, share, or claim on any legal entity. Interactions with tokenized stocks, the Pons launchpad, or the Treasury basket are experimental and may result in the total loss of funds.

3. Eligibility

You represent that you (a) are at least 18 years of age, (b) are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction, (c) are not on any sanctions list (OFAC/UN/EU), and (d) are not a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited.

4. Assumption of risk

Blockchain systems carry inherent risks, including but not limited to: smart-contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, network outages, gas volatility, phishing, wallet compromise, and total loss of funds. You accept sole responsibility for these risks.

5. No custody, no recovery

The operators do not hold your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. Lost keys mean lost assets. There is no password reset, chargeback, or reversal mechanism.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: (a) exploit bugs to drain the Treasury or reward pool, (b) create automated sybil accounts to farm rewards beyond published limits, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the KMS voucher signer, (d) use the Service to launder funds or evade sanctions, (e) misrepresent yourself as an operator of the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The AgentFi Realm client, landing, contracts, and artwork are released under permissive open-source licenses (see the repository LICENSE files). "AgentFi Realm," the hex-glyph mark, and related brand assets are the operators' marks.

8. Third-party services

The Service may interact with third-party infrastructure (RPC providers, wallets, block explorers, launchpads, oracle networks). The operators are not responsible for the availability or security of any third-party service.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the project's public communication channels. Continued use after such an announcement constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators, their contributors, and any affiliates disclaim liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of funds, data, or profits.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
